Resolving
complex issues fast...
Do
you have the "space" to be open?
Imagine a lecture-free
conference. No fixed agenda. Your people are gathered, waiting. How
will this event "happen"? Are you open to this?
Imagine a collaborative
process that creates the environment, the space to launch people into
creative action, transform them into willing, excited participants in
making change. The space where passion and responsibility fuel the change.
Are you open to this?
Let Intentional
Development open the space for you.
What
Open Space is
Open Space
is the innovative process to facilitate a meeting or conference
whereby the meeting is "handed over" to the participants.
It was established by Harrison Owen in 1985. It is fast, economical,
and easily repeatable for conducting meetings between 5 and 500 people.
Features a simplicity of structure, provides movement, fluidity, flexibility,
and opens the necessary space for sharing ideas and reaching solutions.
It is the most amazingly result-oriented process.

What
Open Space does
The
participants create the agenda and take responsibility for convening
and documenting discussion sessions. It enables people to bring up,
address, and deal with complex issues in a short time. This process
enables nothing less than astounding breakthroughs. Imagine a group
of 50 people, your people, self-organizing a full-day conference in
one hour, convening the various sessions they determine
throughout the day, and ending the meeting with a multi-page document
of the days proceedings. Imagine the energy, the dialogues, the
camaraderie and sense of purpose, the synergy in working together to
create a vision for their future.
